Summer Session 1 - The Complete Post Player
Friday/Saturday, June 28th & 29th - Washington, DC (Accotink Academy)
3:30pm - 8:30pm on Friday, 10:30am - 3:30pm on Saturday

Summer Session 2 - The Complete Post Player
Sunday/Monday, June 30th & July 1st - Richmond, VA (Benedictine Prep)
10:30am - 3:30pm on Sunday, 2:30pm - 7:30pm on Monday



In the "Back to the Basket" session, we will focus on;
-posting up and sealing
-low post moves and footwork
-post defense
-finishing around the rim
-rebounding

In the "Face Up Game" session, we will focus on;
-medium & high post moves and footwork
-reverse pivot out of the low post
-lunge move series
-defending the high post and perimeter
